| With every purchase we offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason your child is resistent to wearing the Sensory Belt™, please make sure to try the belt more than once and on different days as your child may have to become familiar with the belt. If you made a purchase less than 30 days ago and wish to exchange it for another size, please send the product along with a copy of your receipt, including the information on the alternate size you wish to receive, to the address below. If you made a purchase less than 30 days ago and are not satisfied with your order, please return it with a copy of your receipt, including the reason for the return, to the address below for a full refund of the purchase price. Please send us an e-mail with your name, invoice number, and reason for the return/exchange before you ship any product back. If you decide to use the United States Post Office to send your order, make sure to receive a tracking number. Original Diamond Designs, Inc. is not liable for lost product in the mail.
