| With every purchase we offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason your child is resistent to wearing the Sensory Belt™, please make sure to try the belt more than once and on different days as your child may have to become familiar with the belt. If you made a purchase less than 30 days ago and wish to exchange it for another size, please send the product along with a copy of your receipt, including the information on the alternate size you wish to receive, to the address below. If you made a purchase less than 30 days ago and are not satisfied with your order, please return it with a copy of your receipt, including the reason for the return, to the address below for a full refund of the purchase price. Your more than welcome to ship your items back by either FedEx, UPS, or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please make sure to get a tracking number for your shipment. Original Diamond Designs, Inc. is not liable for lost product in the mail.
